ASSIGNING & LICENSING COPYRIGHT OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES
AND THEIR CONTENTS TO HASTINGS COUNCIL

Should you wish to provide photographs for use in Council's Image Library it will be necessary to assign copyright to Council by completing the following form.

NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENCE

"The Applicant as the rightful copyright owner of the photographic / video image/s described below hereby agrees to assign a non-exclusive license to Hastings Council.

This license agreement grants Hastings Council, or its representatives, the right to permit the use and re-use of said photographic / video images, in whole or part, modified or altered either by themselves or in connection with other photographs and in the following manner."
