Hastings Council General Manager may at their discretion,
reduce or waive the fee for the images or video footage
to be used if the material is exclusively for not-for-profit
promotion of the Hastings.
Additional Costs and Charges

$75.00 for the first hour (One Hour minimum)
$55.00 per hour thereafter. |
Transfers and tape stock costs will be charged at current
market rates of production company chosen to undertake transfers
and duplications. In any dispute the benchmark figures will
be those applied by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.

Once only, non-exclusive reproduction rights. Reprints, new
editions and additional rights attract extra fees: 75% of
fees current at time of reprint. In any dispute the benchmark
figures will be those applied by the Australian Tourist Commission
image library fees and charges.
Acknowledgements
Print
A credit line, as specified by Council, and acknowledging
the photographer must appear in close proximity to the reproduction
or in a special section devoted to acknowledgements.
The location of the photo should be identified. (e.g. Flynns
Beach, Port Macquarie)
Video / Television
• Where it is appropriate and other credits are given,
any stock footage provided by the Hastings Council should
be acknowledged as follows:

• Where applicable a credit will also be included
that states that the conservation values of the area were
maintained throughout the filming.
No environmental damage was incurred on location.
The conservation values of the area have been preserved.
