About the
Image Library
The Hastings Council library of local images, photographs,
illustrations, video and film.
The Greater Port Macquarie Image Library is a project
to seek, preserve and promote images of everything we love
and live for in our treasured Port Macquarie Region.

As consumers we now live in a
much more visual arena, and base a lot of our decisions
on what we see.
The success of the Greater Port
Macquarie Region will, to a large extent, be the
product of its imagery.
In the past, various quality photographs
and images have sometimes been used to portray The Greater
Port Macquarie Region often resulting in limited
and ineffective promotions.
Now our image library is on the
internet, you and other visitors and investors can view
the best of the Greater Port Macquarie Region.

Image Library has been established by the Hastings
Economic Development Board to provide the greater
community access to our comprehensive library of
images and help support local business by providing
them with the necessary visual images and moving
pictures to promote their products and services.
